Good Permutations
A practice website should make it easy for a new visitor to understand what you offer, find the right contact path, and know what happens next. When that path is unclear, routine questions often shift to the front desk—creating additional calls, follow-up, and uncertainty for both staff and visitors.
If you answered “No” or “Not sure” to two or more questions, start small. You may not need a full website rebuild—often, one clearer page, one obvious call to action, or one better-defined contact path can reduce avoidable friction.
Practice Website Access Review
Good Permutations provides a human-reviewed, public-pages-only assessment of how clearly a first-time visitor can understand your services, find the next step, and reach an appropriate general contact path.
